Keep in mind, the promo image is a blender render. It's not going to look the same in unity as if you applied textures to it in blender. You need to import the collar fbx into unity and apply separate materials to the collar band and the text respectively. Choose poiyomi as the shader for the materials, then adjust colors and emission via the materials as needed. If you don't understand these instructions, you should probably do some research.
