Requirements: Blender 2.83.20+
Step 1: Open the .blend file in Blender
Step 2: Design your model, you can find plenty assets on this website, including head, hair and clothing.
Step 3: Once you've designed your model, export it with the cats-blender-plugin available from GitHub.
Step 4: Import your model into Unity, create your materials and assign them to your model.
Step 5: Upload to VRChat and enjoy your work.
