Step 1
Use Avatar 3.0 to merge Ethereal Wings FX with your avatar's FX layer. (animators only)

Steps 2
Since the avatar doesn't provide separate parameters for merging with avatar 3.0. Just go to the animator and copy it's parameters word for word into your avatar's parameters manually.

Step 3
Attach it's provided submenu into your avatar's menu.

Step 4
Drag and Drop the ENTIRE prefab into Chest
It should look something like this.
Armature/Hips/Spine/Chest/Ethereal Wings

It should work now. If your avatar has bone names than this it will NOT work. In which case just rename the bones.

If it's a different hierarchy you'll need open the animator window, open each of the animations and double click on EACH Animation, EACH rotation, and change the address for each bone
