Tips & Notes
✦ Not modeled with a specific base in mind, but it should work well with any base where the neck area isn't being overly influenced by weight painting that also targets the head, upper chest, shoulders, etc. In those instances I would apply automatic weights only on the choker/chains separately
✦ I heavily recommend using Blend file included to build and merge your desired choker
✦ Refer to the included prefab in order to see how to easily color the metal accents or stitching using Poiyomi (Requires any version with decal support)
