description:
The MechaBappers are a new development from VioTech, as a response to the numerous self-defense options on the rise in VRChat. This pair of large, mechanical paws, worn starting at the lower arm, are powered by the user's own kinetic energy, amplified by a mysterious arcane levitating gem.
Styled after cybernetic minimal future tech, these mecha-inspired gauntlets can pack a punch and a party from either paw. Several techwear, cyber, gloves, and street wear enthusiasts swear by the enhanced silhouetting from the oversized, robotic fists. These are perfect for an android or robot, wasteland protagonist, Hextech fanatic, or a simple bubble machine enjoyer.
Fitted with either a rapid-fire machine gun, or a recreational bubble maker. Functions as either a lower arm prosthetic or a glove. Caution!! Fire, water, and electricity will disable them until reset.
Currently, these can typically be disabled by these assets if interactions are on (including existing iterations!):

Spray Bottle for VRC
FX -- Fire Breathing & Flame Sneeze
Smokeable Weed Pipe (Lighter)

Interactives:
When the palms are pressed in, they audibly click, then emit particles and a chime upon release.
When making a fist gesture and punching another user, they'll emit comic-book style confirmation particles and sound a flashy digital big band hit.
The user can activate a "Gun" Mode through the radial menu to access the gun.
To fire, make either a fist or a thumbs-up gesture on your hand.

The gun will overheat if fired too long.
The user can make a fist on both MechaBappers, and bash them together, building up Kinetic Charges.
Build up enough charges, and the MechaBappers will be able to continue firing without overheating for much longer.
When hit with a Fire, Water, Shock, Damage, or similar VRC Contact Sender, they will be put in a Disabled State, in which the fingers go limp.

Installation:
VRCFury drag-and-drop installation method supported, along with a video guide on how to remove your avatar's existing arms when the MechaBappers are toggled on.

There are pre-fit prefabs for Novabeast, Mayu, Chalo, and Zoichi, though the MechaBappers can fit on any avatar with some resizing, right in Unity.

Dependencies:
poiyomi 9.1.20+ or liltoon 1.8.5+
VRChat SDK 3.7.5+
VRCFury

Details:
2 material slots for the both meshes, 18-20 materials for both particle systems.
3 liltoon material options
4 poiyomi material options
particle systems can be safely deleted from the prefabs to reduce material count if you desire!
14,592 tris (or 7,296 tris per)
22 particle systems total, combined max particles is 432.
+6 physbone components
+60 bones (or +30 per)
15 bits of avatar memory
~28-32mb Texture Memory

UV Maps for UV0, UV1, and UV2 included
2 audio sources
6 tutorial videos on normal installation and resizing for any avatar, ranging from (1:30) - (3:22) minutes each.
2 Rotation constraints (to keep the hands from rotating too far)

These are currently a PC Only asset! Expect the avatar rating to be very poor.
These do not currently track your fingers, and are only bones animated via gesture commands. With blender know-how, it is possible, but is untested.
Everything here is created by me -- from the mesh, to animations, and all of the sound design. Please let me know if anything is odd, broken, or difficult, I'm always looking to improve!
Project crashed? Showing "Websocket" errors? Known incompatibility with older poiyomi versions -- update your poiyomi with VCC and you should be able to reopen your project!

Anyone got the updated version of these? 1.0 has problems with the colliders not turning off and they still interact with physbones even when disabled.
