The set was wade 100% from scratch, and by buying this set you get:

A cat ear and tail set,
12 different textures for the set,
A unity package with basic material setups, prefabs for each of the textured sets, and a "open me" file with all the textured sets for display,
And of course, a zip file of 12 textures: Black, White, Tuxedo, Orange tabby, Gray tabby, Brown tabby, Ginger, Calico, Siamese, Snow leopard & Leopard.
