Tutorial how to use it:
1. Create a new Unity 2018.4.20f1 Project
2. Import the newest poiyomi toon shader ( i used the PoiyomiToonShaderV7.0.100 )
3. Import dynamic bones ( i used the 1.2.1 version )
4. Import the newest 3.0 vrcsdk
5. Import unitypackage and open the scene
