usually means you have double of something, or missing scripts like dynamic bones (dont forget to put them in), before you import an sdk or shaders into your package, check if the avatar package has or doesnt have them first, you do this by dragging in the avatar package first, but dont click import, just look at what you need to put in first and then import it.

What does it mean when the prefab does not exist? this happens to me with a lot of avatars and I don't know how to fix it

did some testing, (answers to your issues) the animations need redo-ing(hair, halo, springjoints, eye colour), the coat actually was meant to have capsule colliders hence there being a collider fix option

Oh it's a rip that would explain why there are features missing
