I figured it out. Had to do some work by going into animation folder and then dragging menu/parameter to a spot under Avatar Descriptior > Expressions with the same names.

Can't get the menu to work. It seems a lot of avi's you upload are not fully working out of the box.

I created fbx file but blender doesn't work with this model. It doesn't see it

First yes it is ripped u can make the fbx by yourself using the fbxexporter its super easy
Second I don't know what u mean materials with no reason
