3. Import Dynamic Bones.
4. Import Poiyomi 7.1.60.
5. Import avatar package.
6. drag in the prefab and upload using the SDK.

    I did it how it exactly says even using the new unity 2022 update and new SDK. dont forget the dynamic bones either.
