Okay now i know how to fix the avatar, install VRCQuestTools + Missing Script Remover, if i am correct the people who has this avi and try upload it you prob get around 86 errors in concole panel, with The Missing Script Remover you can delete all those 86 errors in Unity and there you go free to publish for PC but not for Quest cause the avi is 35MB loading and 10MB is required for Quest max Limit
