I've included some materials that use the Poiyomi shader. These are located in the "Sanobu Unity Setup". Click the link above to download the Unity Package
for the shaders. Make sure each Poiyomi material (except "Extras") has the shader ".poiyomi/Toon/Default/Cutout" assigned to it.
The material named "Extras" needs to have ".poiyomi/Toon/Default/Transparent" assigned to it.

Once that is complete,
each material in the Poiyomi folder should already have maps assigned. Feel free to customize and find your desired look.

IF THE MATERIALS ARE STILL PURPLE AFTER YOU INSTALLED Poiyomi, just change the shader and then go back to .poiyomi to refresh them.
