This is an avatar where all you need to do is drag the prefab into the hierarchy and then boom you're ready to hit upload. Regarding hue stuff I typically take those off, but I'd assume it's an animation possibly not working or is missing. But I did run into an issue with the left ear physbone (after conversion from dynamic bone) going opposite of how it's supposed to in motion. Go to the left ear in the armature and reposition the VRC leaf bone from inside the head to similar as the right ear.
