2. Import VRChat Avatar SDK (3.0).
3. Import a Shader you want to use, Poi is recommended
4. Import Dynamic Bones.
5. Import The Avatar Package.

I downloaded the female version first she comes with the sdk used, so take the sdk from the package and the upload the male avatar with it
1. sdk
2.the avatar
DO NOT ADD POI!! the avtar already has the shaders so just the sdk and the avatar is needed.The female avatar is called jynxx btw

They way that i managed to fix it was importing dynamic bones/dps first, then importing the package, then the sdk. something about importing poi/sdk breaks the avatar and prevents it from importing some scripts because they are "already imported" when importing the shaders/sdk first
