if you have an issue with that just look up "Covert RAR to ZIP" should help

if anyone else is having issues, heres what made it seemingly work for me:
import assets in this order: Dynamic Bones > poiyomi > DPS > VRCSDK3 > other shaders in the package > model
import the prefab (doesnt come in a scene but works perfectly fine without one)
then use the sdk > utility to convert the dynamic bones to phys bones
delete vrlabs / markers folder inside vrlabs
change the avatars menu & params like in the picture attached in the rar
upload! ^_^

I gottchu i figured it out, right click on said papers then go to 7-zip and there should be like an extract button then it will pull out the folder with the avi <3

Nevermind, for anyone trying to upload this file and having issues

Delete the Editor folder inside VRLabs (it comes up in an error)

Are the instructions outdated? I've followed them and attempted multiple times but everytime i try uploading/building it tells me FileNotFoundException error.

For everyone asking "where is the scene, blah blah blah," just drag the prefab into the scene. If you are that confused look up a tutorial, it's not that hard lol. Don't tell people that the package is broken when you don't even know how to find a prefab.

im having a problem where all the scripts aren't showing,not sure how to fix it since i don't know a lot about unity,and it goes on for about 61 times
