Lupus,
The material is broken for the penis model. Open up the drop down menu for the amature in the Hierarchy, then hips, then at the bottom you'll see the penetrator. Open that and you'll see the Human_Basic model (That's the penis model) Select it. Click Element 0 under materials. The material should get highlighted in the project. Select it there, and select Poiyomi Toon as the shader.

TLDR: use Poiyomi Toon shader for the penis model.
