ok so the avatar uploads just fine, she is just missing the actual 3.0 toggles. there's no menu or params located in the package at all.
just saying this bc it's painful to read comments from users with no unity experience.

To fix the problems: You only have to unlock the materials of the avatar, DO NOT PUT NEW POIYOMI

its a ripped personal model so no it dont have toggles or anything else. let me know if i can help you in any other way
