This avatar was a long 3 month project, packed with a crazy amount of customization option's, cool props like a phone you can use and play music on, a sniper that shoots and has a functioning sniper scope, a "stealth mode" and alot more. Lets just say if VRChat didnt increase the memory limit on avatars i don't think Critical would have made it...
To top it all off she has a streetwear/darkwear aesthetic, a tokyo ghoul inspired face mask, plenty of material swaps and clothing options to mix and match, you will be going through her menu for awhile 0-0
DPS is setup on the avatar, but you will need import the DPS package yourself.

Scratch items are as listed, Socks+legging, Tech wear leg piece, Tokyo ghoul mask, Sniper, Bullets, Pasties, Phone model, Techtop+compression sleeve, Eye scope mesh, afk+ angry symbol mesh.

I'm honestly not sure what you need to upload this, but I think you need Dps, Poiyomi Pro, and the newest VrcSDK

Anyone having issues with this avi is not using the newest SDK, the creator companion makes it stupid easy and the only issue you may have is the gesture manager folder and the vrlabs folder. just delete em and its done no problem

it fix it for me when using 'VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.05.25.23.02_Public". it's probably the new sdk's is not compatible with this avi. but "song 2.wav" is not working. i'll probably going to try sdk april. hopefully it will work for everything. i read the discription 3 mounth project befrom releasing. june--->april maybe. i'll update u guys. for further notice. sorry if my spelling's is hard to understand.

So what Explicitz GhosT was saying is right.
In your Assets folder, there's a folder titled "main". Click that, then find "GestureManager" and "VRLabs" and delete those. The avatar will upload after that

Does anyone know how to fix this error? Assets\main\VRLabs\Avatars 3.0 Manager\Editor\AnimatorCloner.cs(292,27): error CS1061: 'VRCAvatarParameterDriver' does not contain a definition for 'ApplySettings' and no accessible extension method 'ApplySettings' accepting a first argument of type 'VRCAvatarParameterDriver' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

that is cause the model is litterally as big as possible, uses the maximum memory allowed on models too.
that combined with over 400k Polygons and a zillion materials and other expensive resource heavy stuff... yeah... still pretty tho xD

Really sad that this broke the SDK several times. I uploaded everything in order as suggested by others on here. But it gave the missing prefab error. Rather disappointed cause I really liked this model, but now it's useless...

i simply set the parameters to "Boon" as it uses less memory, there are 2 that are not set to boon, check the parameter list.

i'D actually recommend going on the vrc website and downloading the actually latest vrc sdk, they recently increased the parameter cap to 256. if you get an issue that says that the avatar has too many parameters, then it clearly tells us that you are NOT using the latest sdk
