Could have something to do with Poiyomi, check for materials with a Transparent/Fade/Transclipping option. Sometimes the options will need adjusting within the Alpha section or swapped to another transparent type.

I haven't fully uploaded the package to VRC, just brought into Unity to make sure its working. Will check soon.
