the hands are black because its part of the texture lol theres a skin swap toggle, to pick between the 2, dont bother changing it

also the goggles on the head, if the glass shows ur character bald through them, change it from 'TransClipping' to "Transparent' or 'Faded'

Guys to fix the black skin on the neck and hands you just need to change element 0 on the Skin GameObject Mesh.

Hierarchy --> Drop down the arrow next to Toxin --> Click on Skin --> Go to Inspector and scroll down to see the elements and materials --> Select Element 0 *by clicking the circle to the right of the current texture --> Change from Skin-to-Skin Tats.

And Voila ;)
