I tried uploading the avatar but it keeps getting stuck on the "Preparing to upload" Sequence.

Upload tut:
open Unity 2019.4.31f
Import newest VRCSDK
Import avatar
Delete Vrcsdk folder (in Project)

for the hand gestures:
Type in assets Gesture, select the one for the girl or boy and follow this tut:

leave the AllParts like it is tho and change the rest to None like in the vid

The only problem I seem to have is the hands not working, the gestures work fine but the hands are stuck in the same way no matter what I don't know how to fix it

If it doesnt show up it might be to do with blueprint? If when it uploads it first says "Blueprint blah blah blah" then after "Uploaded to VRC!" you have to click on ur avi, look for pipeline managaer, and then detach blueprint and ur good to go ! :)

nah it happens when you use old or newer version of unity than the one thats supposed to be used. if you use old sdk then it doesnt even let you upload

Pintsizestone, This happens if you are using an old Unity or old SDK version. Make sure you're up to date, and if you are I have no idea what's wrong.
