Updating

Change Log
V1.0 Added parts to mix n match, Two texture presets to use already set in the unity package that has been pre-done this also includes the parts as well. This has been undone and will be re-implemented once I get everything working!

V3.0 Made a Quest-ready version, Cleaned up and simplified the blend files, Cleaned a bit of the texture, added/fixed the simple eye gestures...hopefully, Separated The substance file from the main files to make the downloads on the important stuff smaller and quicker. Tested on an HTV Vive Pro Partial Tracking. The quest version doesn't have gestures yet. All updates are free if already purchased!

ToS
I'm pretty simple you can modify and do whatever you want with the model. The only thing is that you don't buy the model turnaround and resell it.

*Because I'm in the process of making all three synth variations along with a library of parts to mix n match things to build the synth how you want, some things might break along the way. If something is broken or seems off please contact me and let me know. You can contact me on Twitter, discord, FA, and Artstation*
*Price will increase over time through each substantial iteration of new extra parts, materials, Rig, and unity package; This will be done across the board but will have the amount of content*

Having issues with breast bones in unity, i see them in blender and they properly wieghted and are able to rotate with the mesh, so im not sure why the aren't working dynamic/phys bones.

I'm trying to upload the avatar but it keeps saying "This avatar uses Visemes but the Face Mesh is not specified." Still new to all of this so I have no clue how to fix this and google isn't helping.
A bit late for you but may help the next one:

It's the "Lipsync Mode" in the VRCAvatarDescriptor. The mode was set to Viseme Blend Shape but the mesh was set to None. It should be set to the main body part (Synth_B_F_PC). You can tell that this is correct because if you select that piece, expand the Blendshapes dropdown and twiddle with the sliders you can see the mouth move. If you ever come across an avatar set for Viseme Blendshapes and the mesh isn't specified you can follow the same deduction, find the body part that appears to contain the mouth and then check to see if it has matching named Blendshapes in the dropdown.
