Thanks for posting this!! the creator is crazy when making a public callout she included this girl's personal Instagram, discord, twitch, and vrchat accounts. Then asked her discord server with 7,600+ people to help her mass report those accounts. Here's a screenshot to show I'm not making this up and I blocked out the girl's stuff

HeyIts_Jac, change its material's to poi or the shader you're using. If its pink then that means something got messed up while importing it. happens a lot when importing avi'salso remember ppl, just name it something weird like piss fungus and she wont be able to find you unless she's using a client of some kind.

Also if she is crazy and tracks you down to harass you, just get creative. Another creator tried "bullying" me into taking down an avi i was wearing, so i just told them to stick a razor in their hoohaa before blocking them. Its just that easy

Im sorry but all the legal talk creators have doesnt have any grounds. P sure the website they use for dmcas isnt real, and you need legal information like irl names and addresses to be legally served for anything. The worst they can do is mass report your account and cyberbully you.
And if we wanna get technical most creators probably dont report their earnings which means depending on country of origins they may be breaking a law or two. (Dont quote me on it im using basic knowledge here im no lawyer lmao)

Idgaf about the creators like this. You wont scare me from using your avatars.

Guys, it's simple, just download the model, upload it and name it something random.
If she finds it, it's through an avatar search function and if she's using modded clients, then you simply just spam report her main account.

You can't stop people from snitching but honestly who gives a shit. This shit has 36k views and it has only been up for a few hours.
There's no stopping the masses from using it, lol.

Creators need to face the fact that piracy is just as common in vrchat as it is anywhere else on the internet, and if huge corporations couldn't deal with it, then she sure as hell won't be able to either.

Honestly, all you have to do is not name it anything like the avatar, then change the avatar image to something not at all affiliated to it and you should be fine.

Also, don't go into clubs of FBT haven with any of the avatars, she frequents those places and often will have friends mention people in them.

It doesn't matter if you have her added or not. She will still add you on vrchat and or discord to message you about it like a bot. She finds your username from the unity file (Vrchat creator unity package on the site) She will find your accounts and wants to blacklist them for not buying her avis.
