poppi1, sorry, I just realised it has nothing to do with the controller. I'm dumb. But I also don't have any missing scripts. It's a really weird issue that I don't really understand. In the error log it just says a file is missing. Could I add you on discord or something and try to solve this? :)

poppi1, I think the issue is that it has no controller. It says Controller: "None (Runtime Animator Controller)"

That Is the basic form, you can edit them on Blender in the right bar "Shape Keys", select the key of i want change and under change the "value" to 0 at 1 (ex. I want to change the eye form, in Shape Keys I click on xp.Goat Eyes and change the value at 1 the model change the Eye form) and can change any part if you want (body, eye, horns, facial expression...)

where are the other models? there is only one.
