1. Open Unity 2019.4.31f1
2. Import VRChat Avatar SDK (3.0).
3. Import a Shader you want to use, Poiyomi Pro is recommended.
4. Import Dynamic Penetration System
5. Import The Avatar Package.

I imported everything how it said to import it and I even took off the poi and dps and put it back in to see if that was the problem. It wont upload and puts a prefab in my files. I even tried to take the marker off but it says it wont save now. How do I fix this?

I wouldn't say what they USED to get her working except going to Build Settings, changing the Platform to Android by changing the Texture Compression to ASTC, pressing Switch Platform after that, using Pumkin Avatar Tools to remove her Dynamic Bones and Phybones, then bringing her shaders to Standard Lite, and probably...IF NEED TO, going to every single one of her textures and converting them down a bit.

Don't know if that information will help ya.

This is perfectly working package,i even edit the avi with new animations for the face and different hairs, added tails and ears and more. All works!
