1. Open Unity 2019.4.31f1
2. Import VRChat Avatar SDK (3.0).
3. Import a Shader you want to use, Poiyomi Pro is recommended.
4. Import The Avatar Package.

Upload in this order for it to work:

Poiyomi Toon
Latest VRCSDK3
Unity Package

THEN: Delete the Thry Editor folder located in Poiyomi>Scripts

I don`t knnow if it help someone else. But i had prefab problems while uploading to vrchat. I checked if there was a blueprint to delete it but there wasn`t. I deleted Thry Editor folder as someone said here, restarted unity and a blueprint appeared. I deleted it and was able to upload the avatar

Oh I correct my statement. After I have deleted the latest VRCSDK3, and the VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.05.31.23.28_Public has taken it worked for me with upload !

For me this didnt work, it gave me an instant error upon clicking build & publish, saying something about the "LockOnUpload" or something throwing an exception ;(

Foxy Boi, Try deleting the Thry Editor folder located in Poiyomi>Scripts. If this doesn't work you can post in the Unity thread in the Community tab and someone may be able to suggest something else
