convert shaders to mobile ones, remove extra physbone of choice (this avi only has 9 physbones, so you only need to delete one. delete two physbones if there's too many transforms (I had to delete the tongue and tail physbones), then compress the textures because for some reason kasper decided to make most of them 4k, and the upload should work
