Simple fix for VRC quest tool not showing up on some avi's is removing the SDK adding the VRC tool readding the SDK, This is a common problem, However script errors when uploading the VRC tools in unity are 1/100 cases. It's still reliabl for 99% of the avi's. Then again depends what you prefer. I like the VRC tool so i dont have to spend as much time on converting to quest

VRCQuestTools does not always work with some models. You also need to keep an eye on this and update the script itself as new versions of Unity and the SDK from VRChat are released.
VRCQuestTools Extra is better, but it is not available to everyone.

Preferably a more reliable way that does not depend on the performance of extraneous scripts. Which is described there. Which will always work. Yes it takes longer. But it will always work.

Kurotu's tool is much more simplified and takes less time to convert since everything is done automatically, Plus it also converts to physbones aswell. You should try the tool yourself and update the guide since the guide you linked isn't really optimal. Kurotu's tool auto converts dyn bones to physbones aswell it keeps all the toggles as long as its under 10MB and it also keeps particles AS clear as possible and as good as possible even though 80% will be shit anyway like smoke particles but it does the job extremely well. You should look into updating that guide to kurotu his tool . gives you some more QoL

How to convert a model to Quest?

It's the VRC quest tool by Kurotu. Drag it in then you get a VRCquest tool tab above and it says convert for quest.
You then need to remove some physbones after converting so its quest compatible and it has to be under 10MB if thats not the case just remove some accesoires like gloves / rings /etc and go in KRT folder which is the converted quest folder and lower all textures enough.

The DPS works, You can google questconverter tool and use that, takes 10 min to make quest.

The avi works perfectly fine, but like whats weird, is that the neck also moves from left to right, if you put your head to the side. Would be nice if someone fixes the neck
