there is white outlining it because of the shader, change the shader to transparent and it'll look fine

you need to extract the files with a program like winrar

If anyone has problems with the Prefab being too confusing to deal with, you can alternatively, and I don't know if it will work yet, but has for me with others:

Go to Windows in Unity tabs > Package Manager > Advanced > Show preview packages > find FBX Exporter > Install > After install, right click the avatar, convert to fbx variant

Then drag it into the hierarchy, and it should open in it's own scene as the FBX.

One thing I am confused аbout: The hair. Why is there white outlining it, and will it look like that when uploaded?

It downloads as a zip file for me. How do I get it fixed for uploading

have you tried dragging it onto the scene or maybe finding the scene within the unity package?
