so to anyone coming across this avatar the uploader isnt the actual creator of the avatar beanie baby is she has a gum road where you can buy it and even get the quest compatible version for few extra dollars

So Beanie Baby does something in the code some how that makes her ripped versions unable to make gestures with the right hand. Least that's what I've been told by some one who had a public ripped version of one of her avis unknowingly and then she banned them from ever buying from her store.

hey how can i fix the right hand. the right hand only does defaukt gesture, fist and a thumbs up. left hand tho does every gesture and works perfectly. i cant find a way t ofix it so if anyone has any idea how to please let me know

I can't upload it myself so here's the link. My upload is the straight gumroad package. The newest uploads have simply been sabotaged. Not even the cloth physics on the gumroad version moves the same way. period.

Not only is the "original" variant heavier than the gumroad version, it also clips in places where the gumroad version doesn't. Not to mention, once downloaded and put in a file it is referred to as "Personal 3" hmm. This is not the gumroad variant whatsoever. I'm not willing to deal with this at all, i'll get the gumroad version and upload it myself since this one is having such issues.

Any model can be optimized. After all, no one is doing it. Everyone is lazy.

If 4.0 is the original, why have +140mb and have to optimize everything while on Beanie's discord, at no time does it talk about avatar too heavy, too many polygons and lag?

Well let's talk a little bit about the versions of this model.

4.0:
Everything seems to work. But there are lags. +the weight of the model 140~ mb (which is essentially not critical)
1) How to get rid of the lag?
long skirt - installed cloth, which causes these lags. Because setting the cloth for vrchat with so many polygons for vrc is not the right thing to do )) We recommend to remove the cloth and just make a Рhysbones for the long skirt, so you get rid of lags.
2) Materials and PoiyomiToon shader 7.3
If you look at the materials, you will see that their settings are different. Because of this when you switch materials you see a translucent head...
We recommend that you simply update the shader to PoiyomiToon 8.0.426 and make all the materials on their settings are the same. Only change either textures or colors.
This way you will solve this problem.
3) Weight of the model. 140~ not so critical.
But you can always compress all the textures and the meshes themselves. Than you reduce the size of the model from 140mb at least to 50mb. Without making the model look any worse. It all depends on your compression settings.

By doing these actions - you can improve this model. After all, in fact, everything in the model is working. And this is just a refinement (small optimization)

3.0 (Trizium):
Judging by what we see, working. And the shader is newer than in the 4.0 version.

But there is no DPS, also it is better to use VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.07.26.21.45_Public SDK, like 4.0. With the new version of the SDK menu will fly off and it will not work properly.

Conclusions:
If we were to upload and would like to use the models for ourselves
We would have updated the original 4.0 version. By optimizing it.
But if you're lazy and you do not know unity - then feel free to download version 3.0

Or wait for a good enthusiast who wants to refine either 3.0 or 4.0 and upload it for you.

I have a 275 avatar, it doesn't lag me out anywhere NEAR like that one.

I had about 19fps I've had larger avatars not lag me out as badly as that one did

Alas, no. A friend of mine sent me a screenshot of the size of her avatar.

I've seen the same issue. It drops you're fps way down in vrchat very abnormally and the skin mat acts weird makes the whole head see through. I could see though the head when swapping skin colors while in vrchat

the fixed file is broken well for me that is the point of view is the neck and one of the hands dont move the other one is fine tho

the og is super laggie and only one hand moves

not sure if its only me but the model is insanely laggy in game (using the OG file provided)

i was able to grab it but the skirt is wack and the skin tones for mid and dark are trasparent when they arent in unity
