Nothing is lost when you're making a quest avi to pc. All of the things are there, and it looks the same.

Correct me if I'm wrong but when converting a quest to PC, aren't many elements of the avatar lost from the PC version? I understand going from PC to Q but never understood the other way.

it shows and tells there is no pc version and when uploading avatars you make a quest avatar pc and then convert to quest, it really isnt that hard unless your trying to convert a pc only avatar
