All the colors seem off to me, I don't know how to make them look normal, like the eyes are black, still new to this and I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Try detatching the blueprint ID under pipeline manager. Another fix could be to resign into your account through the SDK and to make sure that your account is a proper VRC account and not a steam/oculus account. Also make sure you dont got multiple avatars in one project.

all you need to do is to re apply the textures to newly made materials and slap it on the avi. To fix the walking while staying still animation, simply remove the base that it has on. you can change the prone and crouching animation through a new base.

correct this is kinda false advertising since this package only contains PC version.
also the textures are broken the shirt is supposed to be black but on my end its grey.
and yes before someone replies did you import the right shaders, yes i double and triple checked.

Yea just fix the (for some reason) missing standing,couching,and prone animations,back to normal and it wont do that weird walking thing anymore.
