where is the skin its not there for me

where is the skin i dont see it

when making the avatar to quest, i removed anything quest users cant have and compressed textures, avatar went from 45 mb to 18 but i cannot seem to get it any lower than that

Change shaders vrchat>mobile> select wanted shader (toon lit preferred), delete any dynamics (select dynamics in the VRC pannel, it hightlets which parts contain dynamics, click them, and it should have "dynamic ----" in a pannel, right click and remove componet), make sure you switch your scene to Android by going to build settings and clicking "android" and switching platform, may require to install the android support. Sometimes it has a "locked" shader, right click that, select material, right click the material, extract from prefab, and change ONLY if it is affecting the upload process.
