Go to console, check when it says "you're trying to replace "something" etc, you'll have to delete each missing scripts from each part (search in armature of the prefab that u unpacked) the missing scripts will appear as a triangle in yellow, go to the 3 dots on its right and click on remove component

Check what you already had and what the avatar package comes with, as if you upload it while already having, lets say the SDK, then it'll pop up with that error.
