For the naked part I can't understand what you're saying ;-; I got to the controller set but now have no clue what to do

For those who are having problems uploading this model follow the steps below:

- For avatar naked after compiling: Click the avatar on the scene list and on the right side check the controller in the animator, it should have a controller set, change it to None and try uploading again.

- For Avatar not moving hands: Go to the FX file and check all layers that have masks in it, you should see an "M" on the layers that have masks, remove the masks for every layer that have it and try uploading again.

- For invisible avatar: Start a new project and follow the following steps:
1. Download a fresh SDK from VRChat website and a fresh package of the model
2. Upload the dependencies in the following order: Poiyomi > VRCSDK > Avatar
3. If it doesn't work like this try reinstalling your Unity Editor and try again
