Kamikooooooooooooooooo, if you go to FX in Playable Layers -> Click on All Parts -> Click on the little settings icon (cog thingy lol) -> Click the mask and turn it to none.
This should work.

Charmy,
fix for any hand problems as i figured this out myself
Here are Also directions so in your project, click on your avi in the hierarchy
and then go to inspector, there will be a whole bunch of stuff ther ,
scroll down until you see a section named controller click it then goto
the animator then goto the settings cog for allparts,left hand. right hand and switch the mask to none.
then upload

Same, can't get the fingers to move at all either. The avi works 100% otherwise.
I think this has been a problem for a lot of Avi's lately, it may be the SDK?
