Instructions how to setup.
1. Import the newest VRChat SDK unitypackage from the VRChat website.
2. Import the PoiyomiToonV7.1.53 unitypackage
3. Import your own dynamic bones unitypackage.
4. Import Raliv's Dynamic Penetration System. (optional)
5. Import the Tobias unitypackage.
6. If you imported Raliv's Dynamic Penetration System, Drag "Tobias With DynamicPenetrationSystem" Prefab into the Hierarchy.
If you did not import Raliv's Dynamic Penetration System, Drag "Tobias Without DynamicPenetrationSystem" Prefab into the Hierarchy.
7. You are ready for upload :)
