-Glasses (in VR grab to change position)

Avatar perfomance status - "Very Poor" but only 3 meshes and 14 materials total, not laggy or fps drop like others "Very Poor" avatars. Also can make optimised or quest version if anyone needs.

So I get the prefab error for her and I even tried what Qetsiyah said to do and it didn't help at all. I would love to use this avatar. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? This isn't the only avatar I have ever got this error for.

If you get prefab error unselect the VRC SDK when importing the unitypackage.
I also scanned the package for any logger keywords and found nothing its prob safe

typically when you get that problem of it saying "prefab doesn't exist" adding dynamic bones asset will solve it.

if it's not uploading try deleting the SDK file in the package and import the most updated version of the SDK from VRC downloads page

FOR ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS!! Do NOT import anything but the SDK, it will break the package and won't let you upload it. I'm not even sure you need the SDK, but as said in the desc everything is included.

the package includes everything you need, you don't need to install anything extra, sdk latest version, just load the package into a new project and open the saved scene, or use one of the small or regular prefabs.
The package has been tested several times and everything is working properly.
