Thanks to VRChats latest update, all you need is the newest VRChat SDK (VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.04.21.03.29_Public) and Poiyomi! As well as basic knowledge on how to upload an avatar using unity. 2019.4.31f1 is the current unit version for vrc uploading.

This avi does use the new phys bone feature in the sdk so dynamic bones are not needed, and should not be used.
