So it tells me prefab unity3d does not exist file not found exception. Also the lowerleg is not first child of upper, what should we do in order to upload?

yo i got it working u gotta import all the things he says i imported
sdk first, avatar, poiyomi pro, dps, dynamic bones.
it says leg is not first child of upper so it was boned incorrectly when made in blender?? i think.
at the end of the day atleast i got it uploading lol

DPS Doesn't work, even when you try to make it from 0, put it together, still doesn't want to work, IDK why.

if prefab error make sure dynamic bones is in there, also reimport your poi
