Body types and hair preferences come in many different styles. Not everyone prefers nearly hairy, some like a whole forest of hair. It all depends on the person honestly. Your opinion is no lesser than theirs. In my opinion I like that more hairy options are coming out. It takes away from the child and young aspect and gives a more mature and natural appeal to the avatar.
