    It's a ripped avi with a lot of issues. Only import the package (no sdk or shaders). One of the feet is broken and will not move properly, if you want it to work properly you're going to have to edit it.

    even importing the package, this ripped version is a terrible mess, completely broken even if you properly upload it, even one foot turns into a physbone and the entire avatar turns crippled.

    You need to add the eye bones, and adjust the up, down, left, right of the eye balls. Delete the Thry Editor folder in the poi folder and delete the DPS or dont add dps and it worked for me
