heads do increase in size when you put on weight. the cheeks,underside of the chin and even the forehead can grow fat if you put on weight.

It's more so how it was executed. Yes the base is cute but the clipping and how the clothes are layered. It looks extremely rushed, like it was just some random assets put together then done. Also the disproportionate head is iffy.
