Azmosis, as it says in the instructions, find the materials which are pink, unlock and then lock them again, worked for me

For those who want to change the scaling in unity:

After the avatar is setup, delete the "ThatFatKidStuff" folder inside the assets folder. After that, I was able to scale the avi to my liking.
