Apparently the issue I was having was due to VRC Creator Companion...

It's uploading fine just working from Unity Hub... *shrug*

"Prefab errors are pretty simple to fix if you know Unity."

I do know of one way to fix the prefab error... but the problem is that sometimes it can cause the SDK3 to break in Unity. Once that happens, the project is f*cked.
