I'm not sure how this shows they are a pedophile. They are 2 years older than the person, which in a lot of states is legal these days. Pedophilia is attraction to children in their younger teens and under. These screenshots show that they feel disgusted and remorse for what they did. Though I do think it's best to ask age especially on vrchat where kids are all over the place, I don't think this makes them a sex offender... unles sof course suggestive pictures were exchanged, then that is illegal yes. I don't think that leaking one avatar on vrmodels will make a difference in sales, but if it's something that eases your mind I would say go for it. I don't know this person, but they should definitely be more careful with who they talk to in the future sexually... especially in a game meant for 13+ users.

I'm not into hearsay drama BS between petty people. If he's a pedo, and I owned the avatar, I would have deleted it and exposed the shite out of him somewhere else, not benefiting him by allowing others to show his content and creations to kids on VRChat where he apparently grooms. I hear what goes on in the femboy community on VRChat and I am disgusted. I simply stay out of it, make the avatar my own, and move on. If you are truly concerned he is going after children and have proof then I would report him to the proper authorities or to vrchat support team.
