The main issue with this model seems that the scripts for the Extra Stuff/V3Emulator and Extra Stuff/Vrchat-3.0-master seems to be disfunctional. If you remove these two folders and have the vrcsdk convert dynamic to phsybones then the model uploads perfectly fine

do you have dynamic bones? I'm assuming this discontinued avatar might be a bit older... or you could have forgotten to detach the bluebrint. Click the prefab error or prefab itself for details on the issue.
