What Poi did you use? I imported PoiPro and she looked like a quest avi lol and i'm not sure what Poi version she's using. Doesn't even say on her store page.

So i followed what u said and it didnt work. When i uploaded the avatar it was invisible/not there. I uploaded it perfectly without deleting it.

So what u need to do is NOT REMOVE THE PREFAB!!!!!!. Remove Blueprint and click upload. Then when u get to name the avi page KEEP THE BLUEPRINT IN THERE. and should work. WOrked for me

Ok this took a bit of time to understand and try to 'fix' it! But I found out going into the folders and delete the folder saying "FBX/Prefab" worked. then detach the blueprint and boom

I did try to upload without detaching the blueprint and it just would not work I kept the blueprint removed it and relogged in and out it just wont upload

Try to upload without detaching the blueprint! Sometimes this works for me. I haven't uploaded her yet myself but I'll check n see if you need to detach this ones blueprint or not.

It wont let me upload it I just get a blueprint error no matter how many times I remove the blueprint and it says I dont own the blueprint descriptor lol

Safest bet is the most recent always. Just make sure you change the pink materials to your shader if needed and delete the hand masks from the fx layer if there is any. The masks can be bugged and make your hand stay claw form. Gremlinrave27
