Dynamic Penetration System (Raliv)
PC upload instructions:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import VRC SDK 3.0
(3.) Import Dynamic Penetration System
4. Import Poiyomi 8
5. Import the China PC Avatar Package
6. Open the "China" scene in "Assets"
7. If your main platform is Quest, upload "China Quest to PC fallback" as the PC version of your avatar
