HeyIts_Jac, So for the quest, it does not use poi shaders so you would need to use the shaders unity already provides. If you go to the all materials folder, down at the project tab, select the material(s), click on shader (on the right tab) and select Vrchat, mobile, and then pick what you would like. Personally I use either toon lit or standard lite. Another way you can change it is by going to your hierachy (the left side) and click on the avatar, dropdown until you see the armature, etc. You can manually click on them and change the material under the skin mesh renderer. Hope that is what the probelm was :3

for quest, it says it uses a unsupported shader, idk what to do or where to go

Fun fact: Motten made Two jelatin jettas and didnt even bother to rename it or put v2 on there. The original is definitely different. Hope her cuter models get leaked like the bobcat one

Hehe if you need dps, just use flufftools from here. It's easy and much faster than doing it yourself! :)
